Sodexo is hiring a Cook I to prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold dishes for all meal periods and events. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring food safety, quality and timely service, while supporting teamwork and maintaining a clean workstation.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience; familiarity with kitchen equipment and the ability to follow recipes unsupervised are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items per Sodexo standards.
• Maintain safe, clean workstation and follow food safety guidelines.
• Assist with production planning and supply requisitions as needed.
• Attend shift on time and support kitchen teamwork.
