Qualifications

• COO-level experience in sales or customer success within global organizations.
• Experience driving enterprise transformation using AI and technology.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills in matrixed environments without direct authority.
• Ability to turn complex challenges into clear narratives and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building scalable teams and organizational structures.
• Preferred experience with enterprise CRM and data/AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of AI, automation, and evolving technology trends.
