• Cross-Functional Leadership: Influences across Product, Sales, Finance and other functions without direct authority.
• Executive Leadership & Storytelling: Turns complex data into clear decisions and compelling narratives.
• Organizational Scaling: Builds teams, capabilities, and structures to scale businesses.
• Salesforce Experience: Preference for experience with data and AI tech.
• Technical Acumen & Market Awareness: Understands AI, automation, and evolving tech landscape.
• Strategic & Execution-Oriented: Defines big picture with attention to detail.
• Communication: Exceptional executive communication and public speaking.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Builds analytics and KPIs for leadership alignment.
• Education: Degree or relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered tooling across Cloud Success teams.
• Design end-to-end customer experiences by mapping touchpoints and feedback loops.
• Provide dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting for Cloud Success.
• Lead strategic planning, operating cadences, and leadership communications.
• Build scalable organizational structures and headcount plans.
