This executive will build scalable systems, drive data‑driven decisions, and influence leaders to align and execute against strategy.

The role requires enterprise mindset, exceptional communication, and a track record of turning complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Strategy & Operations within large organizations.
• Transformation experience leveraging AI and data to improve operations.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Executive storytelling and trusted partnership with leadership.
• Experience scaling organizations and building operating systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data, AI technologies, and customer success operations.
• Strong communication and strategic execution capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy and roadmap for Cloud Success tools, processes, and experiences.
• Define AI-powered tooling and experience strategy across Cloud Success personas.
• Map customer onboarding through ongoing success to improve experiences.
• Provide dashboards and analytics with executive reporting and KPIs.
• Lead strategic planning, operating cadences, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop consistent narratives and communications that demonstrate impact to stakeholders.
