Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Cloud Success tooling and experiences.
• Design end-to-end customer and frontline processes with AI-enabled automation.
• Provide dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting for Cloud Success.
• Lead strategic planning, headcount, capacity, and organizational design.
• Develop a cohesive Cloud Success narrative and executive-ready communications.
