Formación

• Experience in Enterprise Strategy & Operations at COO level within Sales or customer success.
• Experience driving enterprise transformation using AI, technology, and data.
• Ability to influence across Product, Sales, Finance in matrixed environments.
• Executive storytelling and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience building scalable teams and operating mechanisms.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and roadmap for tools, processes, and experiences enabling Cloud Success teams.
• Design and drive AI-powered tooling to automate work and improve frontline productivity.
• Map customer and internal touchpoints to reduce friction and improve experiences.
• Lead strategic planning, operating cadences, and executive reviews.
• Develop branding and communications to demonstrate Cloud Success impact.
