Qualifications

• COO experience within Sales or customer success leading strategy and operating models.
• Experience driving enterprise transformation, leveraging AI, technology, and data to simplify operations, improve productivity, and scale impact.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, Finance, and other functions in matrixed environments without direct authority.
• Executive leadership and storytelling to turn data into clear decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building teams, capabilities, and operating mechanisms to enable scaling of businesses.
• Salesforce experience or familiarity with data and AI technologies is preferred.
• Technical acumen and market awareness of AI, automation, and evolving tech landscapes.
• Strategic and execution-oriented mindset with a track record of scalable Customer Success operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for tools, processes, and experiences enabling Cloud Success teams to perform at their best.
• Define and drive an AI-powered tooling and experience strategy across Cloud Success personas to automate work and improve frontline productivity.
• Map onboarding to ongoing success by identifying gaps and enabling AI-to-human experiences with measurement.
• Provide dashboards, insights, and executive reporting; establish access controls for data across organizations.
• Lead strategic planning, operating cadences, and cross-functional coordination; manage headcount, capacity, and organization design.
