Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President, COO - Cloud Success to shape operations, scale, and communicate value across a matrixed organization. This role partners with executive leaders to build scalable systems and drive data-driven decisions.

You will own strategic planning, talent and organizational design, and an enterprise-wide transformation leveraging AI and automation to improve frontline productivity and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven COO experience within Sales or customer success leading strategy, operating models, planning, and execution across complex, global organizations.
• Experience driving enterprise transformation, leveraging AI, technology, and data to simplify operations, improve productivity, and scale impact.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Sales, Finance, and other functions in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for tools, processes, and experiences enabling Cloud Success teams to perform at their best.
• Design and drive an AI-powered tooling and experience strategy for Cloud Success personas to automate work and improve decision-making.
• Provide dashboards, insights, metrics, and executive reporting to project performance and opportunities; partner with Finance, Data, Product, Sales.
• Lead strategic planning, operating cadences, and cross-functional coordination; collaborate with EVP of Cloud Success.
• Develop branding and communications to demonstrate Cloud Success impact to customers, Salesforce, and internal stakeholders.
