Job summary

Systematix is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide corporate IT support for a global technology partner. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, support Windows 11 endpoints, and assist with Intune and Autopilot deployment.

The role involves onboarding/offboarding support, collaboration with global IT teams, and maintaining documentation. Onsite in the Greater Boston area is preferred, with remote candidates considered. Immediate start is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate IT support or IT Service Desk environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management practices.
• Experience supporting corporate executives and delivering high-quality customer service is an asset.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as Jira Service Management or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional IT support to corporate employees and executives, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows 11 endpoints, including Dell Latitude laptops and associated peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Office applications.
• Assist with endpoint provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment setup, account access, and device configuration.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, conferencing equipment, headsets, and other audiovisual technologies.
• Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to the appropriate infrastructure teams.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the organization's IT service management platform.
• Collaborate with global IT Operations, Service Desk, and Infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Deliver a positive end-user experience through clear communication, effective problem-solving, and timely follow-up.
