Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking an L3 Senior IT Support Specialist in New York to deliver advanced support across desktop, endpoint, and enterprise apps for end users and executives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of IT support experience, strong Windows 11 and M365 expertise, and hands-on Apple device proficiency. On-site presence required, with a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT support experience.
• Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting experience.
• Strong Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 support experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting iPhones and iPads.
• Experience with Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other enterprise apps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support senior-level users onsite.
• Demonstrated stability and tenure.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for end users and senior leadership.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, OS, endpoint, and application issues.
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and other enterprise apps.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, iPhones, and iPads.
• Provide advanced support for Apple iOS devices.
• Manage mobile device configurations and enterprise endpoint settings.
• Escalate and resolve issues beyond standard support channels.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems.
• Support executive and VIP users as needed.
• Perform system maintenance and documentation of issues and resolutions.
