Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 5+ years supporting internal desktop systems and incident management.
• Delivers hands-on shop floor PC support in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring system reliability.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and advanced troubleshooting techniques with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft M365 technologies (Teams, OneDrive, Enterprise Apps, Intune), Windows 11, Apple iOS, administration and security, deployment and management, automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Operate within defined guidelines with strong independent judgement and minimal supervision.
• Follow technical workstreams and coordinate activities for timely outcomes.
• Provide technical support for desktops, tablets, printers, and end-user hardware/software with reliable performance and timely resolution.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in person, by phone, or via remote access.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain computer systems, network connections, and peripheral equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams while maintaining ownership and communication through resolution.
• Collaborate with Desktop Engineering, IT Security, and Networking to maintain standard images and ensure IT standards compliance.
• Image, configure, and deploy devices including PCs, tablets, RF guns, iGels, printers.
• Maintain ticketing and performance metrics; participate in on-call PagerDuty rotations.
