Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide front-line Tier 1 support for our Leawood home office and field teams. You will diagnose Windows 11 issues, manage Microsoft 365 services, administer AD/Entra ID accounts, and deploy devices via Intune and Autopilot.

You will also support iOS devices, triage security alerts, and maintain clear documentation. A 3+ year background in IT support and strong customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• On-site availability in Leawood, KS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 end-user support for Home Office and field users through the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 devices, printers, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Exchange Online/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Administer user accounts in AD and Entra ID, including MFA resets and licensing.
• Deploy and support Windows devices with Intune and Autopilot.
• Assist with iOS device enrollment and MDM requests; handle phishing/security alerts.
