Job summary

Built Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to manage enterprise-scale client implementations. You will lead end-to-end delivery for lenders, developers, and contractors, translating goals into actionable roadmaps and leveraging AI tools for planning and risk detection.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in SaaS implementations, construction context, and strong client leadership, with a bias toward delivering measurable adoption and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise project delivery.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Preferred construction industry experience with owner/developer/general contractor context.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client implementations for owner, developer, and general contractor clients.
• Conduct discovery and plan implementation roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues.
• Identify process improvements and document repeatable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to improve efficiency.
• Track implementation metrics and share insights with leadership.
