Job summary

Built Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to manage a strategic portfolio of enterprise lending client implementations. You will own end-to-end delivery, maintain strong client relationships, and navigate complex challenges to ensure successful go-lives for real estate and construction finance platforms.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve delivery efficiency, lead planning sessions, and drive outcomes with a measured Say:Do approach.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of SaaS implementation or enterprise project delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver complex client implementations on time with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Track record of identifying process improvements that improved delivery for clients.
• Solid understanding of construction finance and lending workflows—draw management, lien waivers, compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for enterprise lending clients with autonomy and accountability for outcomes.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions with senior client stakeholders, translating goals into roadmaps.
• Manage escalations and navigate client dynamics to resolve high-impact issues.
• Identify process improvements and document repeatable solutions and share with the broader team.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementation efficiency and outcomes.
• Track and communicate implementation metrics, insights, and lessons learned to leadership.
• Informally support junior implementation managers and raise standards for delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate project planning, client communication, and risk identification across your portfolio.
