Job summary

Built Technologies in Nashville seeks an Implementation Consultant II to manage strategic, enterprise-scale client implementations for lenders, owners, and contractors. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, leading discovery, planning roadmaps, and ensuring successful go-lives with meaningful autonomy and accountability.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to boost efficiency, share best practices, and drive measurable client outcomes using AI-assisted planning and risk

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise project delivery.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver concurrent client implementations on time and to a high standard.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for owner, developer, and general contractor clients with autonomy and accountability for outcomes.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions translating goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of high-impact issues.
• Identify process improvements across your portfolio and document repeatable solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Track implementation metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning, communication, and risk identification.
