Job summary

Built is transforming how capital moves through construction and real estate finance. The Senior Implementation Consultant will own the most complex client implementations—from kickoff to stabilization—guided by strategic advisory on organizational change and platform adoption.

You will lead cross-functional teams and drive AI-enabled delivery improvements while ensuring client success across the portfolio.

Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise delivery.
Ability to influence senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Strong track record designing processes that improve delivery speed, consistency, or client satisfaction.
Deep familiarity with construction finance and lending workflows; able to advise clients on Built fits their business.
Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies and adapting to client environments.
Subject matter expert orientation; share knowledge and raise the function's standard.

Responsibilities

Own the largest and most complex client implementations independently—from kickoff through stabilization.
Act as strategic advisor on organizational change, training strategy, and platform adoption.
Design and implement standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks for faster, consistent delivery.
Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to solve novel challenges.
Serve as escalation point for high-risk projects to protect client relationships and drive resolution.
Identify and own key performance metrics for implementation health and client satisfaction.
Mentor implementation managers and raise delivery standards across the team.
Champion AI and tooling adoption to accelerate delivery quality and outcomes.
