Built Technologies is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead its most complex client deployments nationwide. You will manage technical, organizational, and commercial aspects from kickoff through stabilization, acting as a strategic advisor on change management and platform adoption.

Expect cross-functional collaboration and a focus on scalable, repeatable delivery. You will design playbooks and templates, mentor managers, and champion AI-assisted delivery, ensuring strong outcomes

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the largest and most complex client implementations independently — driving success across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on organizational change, training strategy, and platform adoption; guide clients through transformational implementations.
• Design and implement standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks that improve delivery speed and consistency.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to solve novel implementation challenges.
• Serve as an escalation point for high-risk projects — diagnosing root causes and ensuring client relationships remain intact.
• Identify and own key performance metrics for implementation health; use data to drive decisions.
• Mentor implementation managers and share expertise to raise delivery standards.
• Champion AI and tooling adoption within the implementations function.
