Qualifications

• 2-4 years of SaaS implementation experience.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver concurrent client implementations on time.
• Strong client communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for owner, developer, and general contractor clients.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions with client stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolutions.
• Identify process improvements across your implementation portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve implementation efficiency.
• Track implementation metrics and share insights with leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning and risk identification.
