You will lead enterprise implementations, shaping roadmaps, managing risk, and guiding teams across Sales, Product, and Engineering. You will apply Agile/Waterfall or hybrid approaches, collaborate with senior clients, and use AI to optimize planning and risk management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with lending operations, construction finance, draw management, or loan administration is helpful; ability to learn complex customer workflows is essential.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Comfort with project management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for enterprise lending clients — managing scope, risk, and timeline with autonomy and accountability.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions with senior client stakeholders to translate goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage escalations and navigate organizational dynamics to drive timely resolution of high-impact issues.
• Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities across your implementation portfolio.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Track and communicate implementation metrics and lessons learned to leadership.
• Informally support junior implementation managers and help raise delivery standards.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate project planning, client communication, and risk identification.
