Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for enterprise lending clients with autonomy.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve efficiency.
• Track implementation metrics and share insights with leadership.
