Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Construction Software Sales Account Manager in the Autodesk solutions space. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, delivering value to Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, pipeline management via CRM, and ongoing learning of Autodesk products and AEC industry trends. Travel may be required in a high-energy, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of sales experience in AEC or software space.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn Autodesk products and AEC industry.
• Able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and close new business.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach.
• Build, manage, and nurture a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop strategic sales plans and market opportunities.
• Clearly articulate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows and customer events; cultivate long-term relationships.
