Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a dynamic Construction Software Sales Account Manager to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, promoting Autodesk construction solutions to Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners. The role emphasizes relationship building, pipeline growth, and delivering measurable productivity gains.

You will engage in market research, develop strategic plans, attend events, and maintain strong client partnerships while learning the latest AEC software

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• ~1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
