Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk solutions within an assigned territory and close impactful deals. You will generate qualified leads and manage relationships with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach.
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
