Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a motivated Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk Solutions within the AEC market. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, delivering productivity gains and cost savings to Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners.

You’ll operate in a high-energy, outbound sales environment, leveraging your 1–5 years of experience to grow accounts and learn Autodesk products, contributing to Topcon’s mission of a sustainable

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
• Represent best-in-class Autodesk software that delivers real value to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
• Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative.
• Represent best-in-class Autodesk software that delivers real value to customers.
