Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a dynamic Construction Software Sales Account Manager for Autodesk Solutions in the AEC industry. You will own the sales process from prospecting to close, delivering productivity gains and cost savings to Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners.

You will generate leads, build a strong pipeline with CRM tools, and develop strategic sales plans while representing Topcon as a Platinum Partner and driving revenue growth across assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
