Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years related project management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects to meet industry standards and profitability.
• Operate company equipment and assist on-site.
• Communicate with owners and engineers to support bids.
• Perform accurate take-offs.
• Collect current pricing from vendors.
• Communicate materials and scope to Foreman and crew.
• Manage submittals and related paperwork (RFI’s, shop drawings).
• Issue purchase orders and handle change orders as needed.
• Conduct site visits to verify plans and expectations.
• Inform Foreman about scheduling needs and changes.
• Close out contracts with warranties and inspections.
• Document substantial and final completion dates.
