Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion. You will analyze drawings and specifications, set deadlines and schedules, procure materials, and monitor progress.

The role requires coordinating with Foreman and crews, and issuing submittals and close-out documents as projects advance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets commercial plans, specs, and details.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and estimating software.
• Understands construction plans, OSHA requirements, waterproofing products and installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to meet scope, standards, and profitability.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment procurement.
• Prepare comprehensive bids with owners and engineers.
• Perform accurate take-offs and gather current pricing from vendors.
• Ensure all project details and changes are documented and communicated.
