Qualifications

• Must read and understand commercial plans and specs.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; experience with estimating software.
• Knowledge of construction plans, OSHA procedures, waterproofing products and installation.
• Must create comprehensive estimates for projects.
• Must be self-motivated and organized; multi-task duties.
• Must handle bidding and post‑project duties while maintaining organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to complete scopes per standards and profitability.
• Operate and care for company equipment, vehicles, and tools.
• Communicate with owners and engineers to create comprehensive bids.
• Perform accurate take-offs.
• Collect current pricing from vendors.
• Prepare submittals, change orders, RFIs, shop drawings, and necessary paperwork.
• Site visits to assist Foreman and manage updates.
• Finalize contracts, warranties, close-out documents, and punch lists.
