• Perform accurate take-offs and pricing from vendors.
• Coordinate with Foreman and crew for schedules and work orders.
• Ensure paperwork (POs, change orders, RFIs) is completed timely.
• Conduct site visits to manage progress and align owner expectations.
• Finalize contracts and closeout documentation at project end.
