Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinate tasks, review drawings and specs, and ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include setting deadlines, scheduling, procuring materials and equipment, and documenting progress for multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in the field, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and estimating software.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand commercial plans, specs and details.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and estimating software.
• Knowledge of construction plans, OSHA procedures and waterproofing.
• Ability to create a comprehensive estimate for projects.
• Highly self-motivated and organized with multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to support bidding and post-project duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure scope completion per standards and profitability.
• Oversee procurement of materials, tools and equipment.
• Communicate with owners/engineers to prepare bids.
• Perform accurate take-offs and price gathering from vendors.
• Coordinate submittals and paperwork (RFI, shop drawings, change orders).
• Site visits to verify plans and owner expectations.
• Ensure contracts close out with warranties and final inspections.
