Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our US Developments Team and drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs. This is a multi-project leadership role across several states with exposure to ground-up developments and major renovations.

The candidate will oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover, working with senior leadership, consultants, contractors, and restaurant brands to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of permits, procurement, and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Office Suite; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, permitting authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Report progress to senior leadership and manage project risks and issues.
