Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our US Developments Team and drive delivery on a large Travel Plaza Redevelopment program. This role oversees multiple projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, and convenience retail locations with national QSR brand fit-outs.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in construction PM, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel/MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and the Office Suite; strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager or Owners Representative to protect interests.
• Develop and manage schedules, milestones, budgets and procurement activities.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and permitting authorities.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely delivery within budget.
• Prepare reports and present progress to senior leadership.
