Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our US Developments Team. You will oversee multiple travel plaza redevelopment and new build projects across several states, driving design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover to operations.

This hybrid role offers close collaboration with senior leadership, consultants, and operators, with travel to active sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of permitting, procurement and project delivery.
• Proficiency with Excel, MS Project, and Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction projects across states from concept through turnover.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance on site.
• Report progress, risks and milestones to senior leadership.
