Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding US Developments Team and drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs. This is not a single-site role; it oversees multiple projects across several states, transforming travel plazas, fuel facilities, retail locations, and QSR brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction field or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, Project, and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Develop, maintain, and actively manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, utilities, permitting authorities, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to required quality standards.
• Prepare project reports, risk registers, and executive summaries for leadership.
