Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to drive a large US redevelopment program across travel plazas, fuel facilities, and convenience retail. You will manage multiple projects from design through turnover, coordinating with leadership, consultants, contractors, and operations teams.

The role offers exposure to ground-up developments, renovations, and national QSR fit-outs, with a path toward senior PM or program leadership within a growing US portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction projects across several states.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure safety, on-time delivery, within budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and executive summaries for leadership.
