Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our US Developments Team and drive delivery on one of America's largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs. This role oversees multiple projects across several states, including ground-up developments, renovations, and large-scale QSR fit-outs.

You will manage design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover, coordinating with leadership, consultants, contractors and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager and/or Owners Representative as required.
• Develop, maintain and actively manage project schedules and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, permitting authorities and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget and quality standards.
