Job summary

Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our US Developments Team to drive delivery on a large Travel Plaza redevelopment program across multiple states. You will oversee design, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning and turnover for projects ranging from fuel stations to national QSR brands, with project values from several million to over $100 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Equivalent industry experience considered.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of permitting procurement and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Act as Construction Project Manager or Owners Representative as needed.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets and milestone plans.
• Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and authorities.
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and report to leadership.
