Applegreen is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding U.S. Developments Team to drive delivery on one of America’s largest Travel Plaza Redevelopment programs.

This hybrid role oversees multiple projects across several states, guiding them from concept through turnover, coordinating engineers, architects, contractors and restaurant brands while maintaining safety, schedule, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and across locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent construction and development projects across several states.
• Lead projects from concept through turnover and opening.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholders including consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
