Job summary

GBA Builders is seeking a Field Engineer to support its Field Operations team on projects across the United States. You will assist the Superintendent, coordinate daily construction activities, promote the health and safety program, and help maintain project documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in construction management or engineering with 1–4 years of experience and OSHA 30. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote health and safety on site.
• Support supervision and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Order materials and schedule deliveries.
• Prepare detailed work plans and work packages.
• Assist with quality assurance and site surveys.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Travel to and from job sites as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external project stakeholders.
