Job summary

GBA Builders is seeking a Field Engineer to support its growing Field Operations team. You’ll coordinate daily construction activities, promote jobsite safety, maintain project documentation, and support project execution across the United States.

The role offers hands-on field experience while developing construction management and leadership skills, with responsibilities traveling to various job sites and collaborating with the Superintendent and project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; 1–4 years experience.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities and promote jobsite safety.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Support supervision and coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
• Order materials and schedule deliveries.
• Prepare detailed work plans and work packages.
• Assist with quality assurance and field surveying.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
