Opensity Solutions is hiring a Hospitality Specialist to deliver high-touch concierge-style services in our Atlanta office. You will welcome guests, set up meeting spaces, coordinate catering, and support daily operations with a polished, professional presence.

You will work with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution, maintain room readiness, and assist with after-hours functions. Strong communication, organization, and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in hospitality or client service.
• Experience in professional office hospitality or conference services is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms including furniture and AV equipment.
• Coordinate food and beverage services for meetings and events.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of conference rooms, kitchens and pantry areas.
• Support after-hours events and routine hospitality requests.
• Manage room reservations and scheduling using appropriate tools.
