Qualifications

• Experience using room reservation systems or scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Set up meeting rooms and manage audiovisuals.

• Inspect conference rooms and office spaces for cleanliness and readiness.
• Prepare visiting offices and temporary workspaces daily.
• Assist with after-hours events and logistics.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors for event execution.
• Maintain professional presentation and customer service at all times.
