Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Compensation Lead to own end-to-end management of compensation systems across the company. You will ensure Radford and Pave are configured to support our policies and employees, shaping pay structures and market positioning.

You will lead compensation studies, benchmark and analyze roles, and deliver insights to senior leaders. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, equity programs, and global pay reporting in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
• Experience with compensation management systems (prefer Pave).
• Strong data mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights using tools like Excel/Sheets, Sigma, Claude Code.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or with teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes.
• Participate in annual compensation studies and benchmarking submissions.
• Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses across multiple areas including equity programs.
• Own pay reporting for various geographies.
• Assist with compensation training and communications.
