Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company redesigning credit to be honest and accessible. The Compensation Lead will own the full compensation lifecycle, ensuring systems like Radford and Pave align with policy and employees across the country.

You will steer semiannual processes, annual benchmarking, and pay equity analyses, partnering with finance and HR to maintain competitive ranges. The role demands strong data analytics, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics.
• Experience with compensation management systems (strong preference for Pave).
• Passion for turning raw data into actionable insights using spreadsheets and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes.
• Lead annual compensation studies including benchmarking and updates to cash and equity structures.
• Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses across incentive programs, equity, and pay equity.
