Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Compensation Lead to own end-to-end compensation operations, including semiannual processes, benchmarking, and pay equity analyses, across the US. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration across teams in a remote-first environment.

The position involves managing geographies, working with systems like Radford and Pave, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Base pay ranges are provided with a strong focus on transparency and equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in compensation or people analytics.
• Experience with compensation management systems, especially Pave.
• Strong data mindset; turn raw data into actionable insights using Excel/Sheets, Sigma, and similar tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or with teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; explain complex concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure plan compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end administration of semiannual compensation processes.
• Lead annual compensation studies, benchmarking, and updates to cash/equity ranges.
• Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses across incentive plans, equity programs, and pay equity.
• Own pay reporting for multiple geographies.
• Assist with compensation training and communications.
