Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor for Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Saginaw, MI. You will consult with families, selling pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise, while building a local sales pipeline.

The role combines relationship-based consultative selling with lead generation, inbound/outbound prospecting, and community outreach. You will manage leads in HubSpot CRM and earn commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Strong sales communication and relationship-building skills.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and local community members.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and sales activities.
