Job summary

Everstory Partners in Flint, MI is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product options and to build trusted relationships in the local community. You will drive consultative B2C sales, manage a pipeline, and earn commissions based on performance.

You will meet with individuals and families, sell services and merchandise, and coordinate with funeral homes and teams to ensure a compassionate purchasing experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency a plus.
• 1 year of sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) preferred.
• Commission-based, performance-driven environment familiar.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and advise products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery products.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline via leads, referrals, networking.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and activity.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate.
