Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Saginaw, MI. The role focuses on consultative B2C sales for funeral and cemetery services, building relationships with families, and developing new business through inbound/outbound prospecting and community outreach.

First-year earnings range from $45,000 to $65,000 with uncapped commissions or a minimum guaranteed hourly rate.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot or similar platforms preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus, especially Spanish/Chinese/Tagalog/Vietnamese/Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products/services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, and sales opportunities.
