Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Michigan who builds relationships with individuals and families, guiding them through funeral and cemetery options with compassion and clarity.

You will generate leads through inbound and community outreach, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, and earn uncapped commissions based on performance. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a valid driver's license and occasional evenings or weekends. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic).
• One year of experience in sales or related roles preferred.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven sales environment.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities; conduct timely follow-up.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and local community members.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately; guide purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, follow-up activity, and sales opportunities.
