Job summary

Everstory Partners seeks a Sales Counselor at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Saginaw, MI to guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices and to build a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.

This full-time role offers either uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, plus six weeks of paid training. Strong consultative sales, community outreach, and relationship-building are key.

Qualifications

• One year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, or Arabic).

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and guide product selection.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and related merchandise.
• Develop a sales pipeline through leads, referrals, and community outreach.
• Maintain relationships and track activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Attend community events and partner with funeral homes and cemeteries.
